Honors Biology II is a very exciting course that focuses on Genetics and
Microbiology from the human body perspective (a completely different
curriculum from AP Biology). Students will be immersed in the process of
inquiry learning with an abundance of laboratory activities that support the
course objectives. Any student interested in any of the allied health fields
and/or being a life science major in college is strongly encouraged to
consider registering for this class. Honors Biology II is only offered in the
spring semester. Students may register for this class while completing core
registration during the 2011-12 school year. Due to budget constraints and
minimal teacher allotments, this class will likely not be offered again until
