I live in Walton County with my husband and two children. Both of my sons
attend Walton County Public Schoools, and my daughter is married and lives in
Tennessee with my precious grandaughter. I grew up in Walton County. I have
held a teaching certificate since December of 1993. I have a Bachelors Degree
in English with a Secondary Education Minor from Georgia State University,and
a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Piedmont College. I have also
completed my Specialist in Educational Leadership. I am excited to be in
Walton County and look forward to working with the students at LMS. 2011-2012
is my fourth year at LMS.
"Every thousand mile journey starts with a single step." We are going to
journey to Asia and Africa focusing on the Middle East, Southern Asia and
Eastern Asia as well as all of Africa. We will open our minds to new ideas
about cultures, climates, and economics of other countries. The class will
work hard and steady in order to master the concepts while having fun doing
it. I am ready to take the first step.
