Reading
We will continue to work with the narrative elements of character, setting, plot. With plot we will focus on problem and solution. Your child's bag book is a great place to help reinforce these elements at home. Students should be able to answer questions like who, what, when, where, and why. We will be learning a new skill of comparing and contrasting story elements. Students will also learn the sound of ch, wh, and nk.
