Week of Nov. 2nd
Math-Our Unit test over Multiplication will be this Friday. We have been
reviewing daily and will continue to practice our skills for the test. Please
review the study guides!!! They are very similar to the test!!! Hint! Hint!
L.A.-In language we will be studying different types of verbs.We will be
using our Junior Great Books this week and reading a folktale. Activities
will relate to the skills of sequencing, figurative language, and context
clues. Our genre in writing for the next six weeks will be
persuasive.
Science- Our next unit will be pollution.
Social Studies- Students will be with Ms. Navarra for the next two to three
weeks.
Other- If anyone could bring in magazines, that would be great! We will be
using them throughout the year.
Class store supplies are a little low. If anyone could donate some
new items, that would be great!
***Renzulli will be used throughout the year with the subjects
too!!! :) An assignment may be to tour a museum, play a verb game, ect...
