January is an exciting month with snow falling inside and out! We have been
busy creating snowflakes, snowmen and mittens as we talk about winter and
cold weather. Our Atlanta snow provided an opportunity for a few snowballs
and a chance to observe what happens to snow when you bring it inside...very
cold water appears!
During the cultural arts program, Shake, Rattle and Roll, the children were
exposed to various unique musical instruments and had the chance to use some
of them....needless to say the noise level was very high!
The children have created many art projects to display for our MVPS Open
House visitors on Saturday, January 26th.
February will find us making preparations for Valentine's Day creating "love
notes" for family as well those less fortunate. Our entire preschool will
create Valentines to be taken to the children's hospital.
