===============================
¡Hola! My name is Maria Enedelia Rios and I was born in Mexico and grew up in
San Antonio, Texas. I am certified as a Spanish teacher in Georgia and I have
a teaching degree in Education and a Masters from the University of Monterrey
where I worked for sixteen years. Prior to this I coordinated the language
department in Instituto Motolinia a private catholic school for five years. I
came to Dalton High School in Dalton, Georgia for a year with the Georgia
Project, an
exchange program between the University of Monterrey and the Dalton
EducationOffice to teach and guide the Hispanic community. When I arrived
here, I worked at Gwinnett Technical College teaching Spanish and English as a
second language. I
was fortune to be part of the inaugural staff at NDA.
Gracias,
Sra. Ríos
