The Sarah Smith Fitness Club will begin Thursday, September 9th, at 6:50am.
All fourth and fifth grade students are welcomed to attend.
Details of club:
Purpose: Is to have the children increase their fitness levels in the five
components of fitness including: muscular strength, muscular endurance,
cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and body composition.
Time: 6:50am - 7:30am
Location: Sarah Smith Intermediate Campus
Dates: Every Thursday morning (unless otherwise specified)
