Our IB Unit for January "Me On A Map"

Needed Materials: Collect and examine maps together and send them to school
Explore Mapquest
Ask out of town relatives and friends to send postcards
Find start quarters
Find books about maps at the public library
Recording action: Inform teacher/IB coordinator of action taken by the student at home to be showcased and celebrated.
Summative Assessment - Student will create a symbol for your home
