Mr. Raven graduated Summa Cum Laude from Kennesaw State University
where he earned his degree in Early Childhood Education. His technology
background consists of a minor degree in Mass Communications, six years of
working in the Audio/Visual Industry and almost ten years of working for
such companies as GTE, Verizon and IBM. Mr. Raven has been married to his
wife Natalie for over twenty-five years and has two daughters. One daughter,
Sara, is an assistant professor at UGA (where she is also earning her
Doctorate degree) and Rachel, who is a senior at UGA (when she graduates, she
wants to work for the GBI). Mr. Raven also has two pets, Kelly (a
mutt - mostly a spaniel we think) and Yoshi (a turtle). Mr. Raven has four
main hobbies:

2. Reading
3. Technology
4. Watching Movies
Our mission at Sweet Apple Elementary School is to facilitate learning by
designing quality work to help prepare our students for life. What better
way to prepare our students, than by helping them to learn by using the
latest technology!
Our instructional vision is to use classroom technology to engage
students in asking meaningful questions and then to help them in choosing
the appropriate tools to help facilitate real-world problem solving.
