I am so excited to be teaching first grade once again!! I have also taught
fourth grade at Sweet Apple. My previous years of teaching
were spent in Monroe, Georgia, Gainesville, Florida, Malibu, California, and
New Haven, Connecticut. I have taught first, third, fourth, and fifth grades
in both public and private schools. I recieved my Early Childhood degree from
the University of Georgia, and I attended Georgia State University where I
received my Masters degree in Early Childhood. I also graduated from Piedmont
College with a Specialist degree in Teaching and Learning three years ago.
This is my twentieth year as a teacher.
I have been married to my husband, Brian, for twelve years. We have an
eight year old son named Patrick who will be a fourth grader at Sweet
Apple. We enjoy spending family time together with trips to beach, traveling,
and playing sports outdoors.
