What is a VIP ?

 What is a VIP ?
The VIP (Very Important Papers) are an example of your student's work
through a two week period. It is important that these papers are reviewed
with your child, signed, and returned. The VIP's will go home every other
Friday unless notified
by your teacher.

STUDENT ABSENCES
Sweet Apple Elementary School requires you to send a note with your child
the day he/she returns to school. If a note is not received a "unexcused"
absence will be recorded in your child's permanent record.

HOW DO I CONTACT MY MR. V?

You can e-mail me at viditom@fultonschools.org; or call the school and leave 
a message for me to call you. I will be sure to call you as soon as
possible. You may also send in a note with your child. Please include the
telephone number you would like me to call you
to talk. I am unable to e-mail any personal information via the Internet.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY CHILD TO HAVE HOMEWORK?

Homework will be given Monday through Thursday during the school year. There 
will be times when homework is not assigned and I will be sure to inform
parents. You my check both your child's agenda and the homework page on
this site for daily homework info.

Do I need to send a snack in with my second grader?

Do I need to send a snack in with my second grader?
Yes! Our schedule will include time for a healthy snack every day. Please
send in only water (no juice or soda) for your child to drink.

BIRTHDAY TREATS!

Birthday treats are now celebrated on a monthly basis and are coordinated by 
our room mothers. Please do not send in individual treats without prior
arrangements being made with room parents.
