Frequently Asked Questions: This page contains answers to common questions of students and parents.

  2. Are water bottles allowed?
  3. When should I make sure my child wears tennis shoes?
  4. Are birthday parties allowed?

Can my child bring a snack to school?

Yes! In fact, I would encourage you to send a snack because we do not eat
lunch until 12:00. However, please make sure all snacks are healthy. "Junk
food" does not prepare students for mental greatness! Good items to send are
fruits and veggies, cheese, crackers, etc.

Are water bottles allowed?

Water bottles are allowed if they have spill-proof lids. Please make sure the
bottles contain water only!

When should I make sure my child wears tennis shoes?

The students will record p.e. days in the agenda so you will both know when to
wear tennis shoes.

Are birthday parties allowed?

Birthday parties are prohibited; however, please feel free to send in
cupcakes, a pre-cut cake, or other great birthday treats, and we will share
the treats at lunch. Please do not send in liquids!
