 Sixth Grade Classroom Discipline Plan

lIN A NUTSHELL:

l3 red discipline slips= private detention with a 6th grade teacher

l6 red discipline slips= parent conference

l9 red discipline slips= office referral to administrative principal

l0 red slips- invitation to the team breakfast hosted by your teachers

l3 green slips- something special from your teachers…usually a trip to the candy jar

Sixth Grade Math & Science Grade Percentages
 Formative- 35% (Class work, quizzes, labs, mini projects, everyday things)

Summative- 50% (Tests & Major Projects)

Homework- 15%
