Respond to the following writing prompt in a 2 page well thought out essay:
Last summer, the major story across the airwaves was the ever-increasing
price for a gallon of gas. At its highest point a gallon of regular unleaded
gasoline sold for $4.10 subsequently putting a strain on every aspect of our
economy. Those concerned about the cost of oil began publicizing options for
alternative fuel sources including powering cars using electricity or
creating fuel from corn.
Imagine a major car company has approached you and is willing to give you the
car of your dreams for free. All they ask is that you come up with yet
another alternative fuel source. You really want this car. What suggestions
would you give them? Be creative but be certain to have a logical reason for
your choice and be able to explain it effectively.
