Mrs. Hoskins’ 2012-2013 Supply List
**1 pack of twistable colored pencils
**3 packs pencils
**1 bottle liquid glue
**1 pair of sharp, youth size scissors
**1 pack of thin dry erase markers
1 plastic pencil box for personal supplies
1 pair of new or used white socks (storage and eraser for dry erase
boards)
*1 bag of candy (Nerds, Blow-Pops, Starburst, Ring Pops, Skittles,
Jolly Ranchers, OR Air Heads)
**2 boxes of tissues
*These notated items will be shared with the class.
**These supplies are intended to last through the year; however,
there may be times when additional supplies need to be provided.

following ways:
$6 PTA membership
$15 technology fee
$10 *Formative Test Prep workbook
$8 class shirt
*This workbook is a supplement that 4th grade teachers use throughout
the year.
It is easiest to bring supplies in on verification night. Please
bring in a brown paper bag with your child’s name on it. I will place
them in your child’s chair for the first day. Please let me know if
you have any questions!
