'Eagle' Of The Month
Although
all students are celebrated in our class for their unique personalities and
what they bring to the classroom environment, The 'Eagle' Of The Month is a
special way to honor those students that go above and beyond. Each month a
student is chosen to represent our class school wide. The students are chosen
at the end of each month. The student is honored for his/her accomplishments
and ability to successfully meet his/her goal. The information below are the
ways that an 'Eagle' of the Month is chosen.
Criteria for becoming
'eagle' of the month
The following are ways to become the 'Eagle'
of the Month:
The
student has had all white notes in behavior for the month.
The
student has displayed responsibility by: returning his/her behavior log each
day, Monday folder each Tuesday, and Homework folder each Monday.
The
student is working toward, or has met his/her goal set for him/her.
The
student has displayed good character and works well with his/her classmates.
The
student serves as a role model for his/her classmates.
August - 'Eagle'
The
first month of school we celebrated all students. Each day we had a "Student
of the Day". The student of the day shared information that he/she
thought made them special.
September - 'Eagle'
Our
'Eagle' of the month for September is Jalen Evans. Jalen has displayed many
characteristics that earned him the honor of 'Eagle' of the month. He is a
responsible young man and returns his Behavior Log, Homework Folder, and
Monday Folder on time. He is a role model for his classmates when he follows
all the class rules and completes his projects on time. Congratulations Jalen!
Jalen’s
favorite color is red. He likes to eat spaghetti. When asked what he wants to
be when he grows up, he stated “I want to be a basketball player because you
can make money at it”. We are proud of you!
