suggestions on how to practice them. Turn in your work on Friday.
Sight words: became, school, until, few, world
___Use each sight word in a sentence. Practice your best handwriting. Make
sure to begin and end your sentences properly.
___Write each sight word 3 times each. Use your best handwriting.
___Have someone quiz you on spelling your words. Now quiz them!
___Write your words in ABC order. Now do it in reverse ABC order.
___Can you think of any words that rhyme with the sight words this week?
Write a list.
___Look for your sight words in a book you are reading. Tally how many times
you read each word.
___If all consonants equaled 5 and all vowels equaled 10 what would each word
be worth?
