My name is Deborah Stephens. I have been married to my wonderful husband
Robbie for 11 years. We have 2 beautiful children. Our daughter, Madison,
turned 7 in December, 2010 and she will be going into second grade at East Side during
the 2010-2011 school year. Our son, Caleb, will be 6 in October and will be
starting kindergarten this fall.
Last year, we adopted a schnauzer puppy. Her name is Lady
Isabella, "Lady" for short. She has been a wonderful addition to our family!
I grew up in Rome, GA. (which is about 1 hour North of Marietta) graduating
from Coosa High School. I graduated from Floyd College with an Associates
degree in Psychology and continued my education at the University of
Georgia. GO DAWGS!!! After my engagement to Robbie, I transfered to
Kennesaw State University to finish up my last year of school and to be
closer to home with my family. I actually did my student teaching at East
Side, graduated from the education program early and supplied for a First
Grade teacher who was going on maternity leave. Now, I have been teaching
Kindergarten for 8 years. I love teaching, children, working with my peers
and the staff at East Side.
