This will be my third year at St. Mark Lutheran School. I have been
teaching a total of twenty-one years, ten in Christian Schools and eleven
in public education. In addition, I worked for eight years for the
Governor’s Reading Institute as an instructor to California teachers. I
earned my B.S. degree from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania and did
my graduate studies at University of California at Berkeley.
I am married to a wonderful man, Bob Flores, and we live in Kaneohe. Our
four children, ranging from 23 to 34, all live in Santa Rosa, Ca. My hobbies
include doing worship hula, cooking, and traveling. This past summer, my
husband and I were able to spend extended time with both our family and
friends. Each day was wonderful as we experienced both the beauty and the
provision from our awesome God!
Our mission is to extend the love and care of Jesus Christ to all people,
while nurturing families and preparing students to integrate faith with
life, through quality Christ-centered education.
