I graduated from UNI with a BA degree in Elementary Education with an
emphasis in Special Education. I taught remedial reading and math for 4
years. I am currently in my 29th year in 3rd grade.
I am married to Philip Norton. We have three daughters. Nicole graduated
from the University of Iowa. She and her husband Marc Mueller live in
Willowbrook, Illinois. Abby graduated from Iowa State University and is the
Davis County Elementary/Middle School Music instructor. Drew is a Senior at
Iowa State University.
I enjoying reading, collecting antiques, traveling, and shopping. I also
am an avid Green Bay Packers fan!
The goal for my students is to give them the tools they will need to be
successful in life. I believe anyone can do anything they set out to do. If
parents, students, and the teacher work together only good things will happen.
