See Ms. Spears if you are interested in joining but are unable to attend. A
tentative schedule will be provided the night of the first meeting.
•Students will practice advanced problem-solving in a timed setting both
individually and as a team. See Ms. Spears’ homepage for the Math Counts
practice link.
•Students are able to participate in Math Counts even if they are unable to
attend meetings due to other commitments. How? Students must see Ms. Spears
the day of the scheduled meeting to turn in practice work and then receive
the next practice packet. Students should then attend meetings once their
other commitments have been fulfilled.
•As with any school event, academics should come first. Students must
maintain a C or better in all core classes to participate in competitions.

competitions.
