6^thGrade Field Day Field Trip

Date and Time:Tuesday, May 29th^.We will leave school by 8:15 AM and return by 2:30 PM.

Location:Libertyville Sports Complex (Busses will transport to and from the Complex.)

Cost:$11.00for the field day activities and busses. This isdue by Tuesday, May 22nd. Please, CASH only.

Lunch:Students are to bring their lunch and drink in disposable containers.

Chaperones:Chaperones are needed. Please check below if you are available, and your child’s homeroom teacher will contact you.

Students are to wear athletic shoes, NOT sandals.
