Unless it is a day that we take a math quiz or test, I will send home your child’s Homework folder every afternoon with a math worksheet to be completed that evening and sent back to school the next day. 

High-frequency and spelling words will go home on Friday and a test will be given on the following Friday, so please review the words at home.  A homework packet of practice pages for the spelling words will be sent home every Friday and is due back the following Friday.

When we start reading logs in September and Read-a-loud pages later in the year, they will also be sent home via the Homework folder.

Parents should read with their child every night.

In addition to regularly scheduled homework, your child may need to occasionally complete additional assignments or may need to finish something that was not completed in class.
