We won the pizza party by raising $413.20 for the Walk-a-thon.  Great work everyone.  We will be having a pizza party on Friday!  
Please send your child with a drink and a regular snack that day!!!!
 We are working hard these last couple of weeks and have a big project coming up.  As many of you know it is stores time and we will be making an item to trade with other classes.  This is an AT SCHOOL project now.  So all we need are some supplies.  
If you could help us out with some things we need please send them in as soon as you can.

Guided reading groups are going well and we should be finishing up our chapter books this upcoming week.  I have been beginning to officially rebenchmark our reading levels and I am so proud of all the hard work the kids have put in... We are really some great readers!

Reminders

  • Please send a healthy snack to school for snack time.

  • Read and practice math facts at home.  We really need to practice these.  

  • Field Day is 5/30 in the afternoon!
