Nature Center Revitalization Project
The Big Hollow Nature Center, started years ago by Deb Coolidge, is in the midst of some revitalization. Over the past few months, the Big Hollow Nature Center Committee, headed up by Michelle Connolly and Letitia Carter, has started the process to clean up and enhance the Nature Center. Our ultimate goal is to create an outdoor classroom where students, staff, and the Big Hollow community can come and interact with a variety of plants, trees and wildlife. Baxter Corporation has generously volunteered to support the clean-up efforts with local volunteers and tools, gloves, and other equipment for the students and volunteers to use.
