I have been teaching at Glendale for 14 years now. I have been fortunate
enough to actually be in the same classroom all 14 years also. I have two
children of my own that take up any free time that I might actually have. My
son, Collin, will be starting third grade and keeps us very busy with swim
team,football, basketball,baseball, and all the other 8 year old activities
that there are.
My daughter, Kendall, also keeps us very busy. She is starting first grade
this year. She loves to dance and sing and just this summer began softball.
She also enjoys her Daisy troop activities and dance class.
I am very active with my own children's classrooms and pto group, and will be
serving my second year as the organizations secretary. I thoroughly enjoy
spending my time helping out with their schools as much as possible. I have
made many great friends through their activities and schooling, and am always
trying to balance both schools and activities.
Any free time that I do have I enjoy spending it with my family. We love to
go to sporting events, movies, out to dinner, zoos, museums, any activity that
we can enjoy together. My favorite sport has always been baseball and I
still LOVE all things baseball! I love to scrapbook any of the pictures I can
take of my family also.
I thoroughly enjoy my job and LOVE spending my days with my
other "kids". I can't wait to meet all of you personally and especially to
