I am in my 35th year of teaching. I have taught Special Education for 18
years and this is my 17th year teaching Kindergarten. I graduated from
Illinois State University with a Special Education degree. I also have my
Masters Degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in reading from
Illinois State University. I am married to a retired music teacher and we
have two grown daughters. I enjoy reading, traveling, shopping, swimming,
and the theater. I also love to come home and be greeted by my dog, Abbey.
