With the start of the school year, I would like to introduce myself and
say "hello", and tell you a little about myself. I began my teaching career
in the Peoria schools in 1984 and then moved to the Eureka schools in 1994.
During that time, I have completed my Master's in Educational Administration
and continue to take classes in the education field.
In my "spare" time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends,
reading, walking and when given an opportunity, horseback riding.
My mission is to instill in my students the "The New 3 R's": respect,
responsibility and resourcefulness. RESPECT: Respect yourself and others.
RESPONSIBILITY: Be responsible for your actions. RESOURCEFULNESS: Know where
and how to find information. Through practicing these behaviors, we will
create a loving, caring classroom community where everyone can thrive both
emotionally and academically. RESPECT, RESPONSIBILITY, RESOURCEFULNESS-LEARN
