What can I do to keep my child active?

Take time to workout with them. Take a walk. Remember that their
exercise
journal requires them to stay active 3-4 days per week for 20-30
minutes. It
is actually suggested that children get atleast 60 minutes of
activity each
and every day.

What should my child do if they miss a day of P.E.?

Students that miss a day of P.E. for any reason need to complete
the
worksheet that is on the board in the gym. It has a couple of
different
options for them to get the points back. Any day missed goes in
as a 0 out of 5. Students may also come in for Morning P.E. on
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:20-8:00.
