     -Associate the sound /oo/ with the letters oo, ew, ue, ou, u and u_e
     -Blend and read words with ie, igh
     -Clap and show the numbers of syllables in words
     -Identify words that name things found in a house
     -Classify story events as make-believe (fantasy) or reality
     -Substitute pronouns for naming words
     -Listen to and comprehend a story
