Announcements

All students will be working on QAR which stands for Question, Answer, 
Relationship.  This program is designed to help empower students to know 
what to do when they hear or read a question.  Should they look back at the 
story?  Is the answer already in their head?  

8th grade will begin a new novel called "The Red Kayak" by Priscilla 
Cummings.  It should be an excellent read.

7th grade will begin a new novel called "Stargirl" a personal favorite of 
mine and a valuable read.
