What is 5th grade choir?

When students reach 5th grade, they are invited to join the 5th
grade choir. We rehearse once a week on Wednesdays during
recess. Currently, there are two very exciting performance
opportunities. In December, the choir will perform at the
Hanover Park Tree-Lighting Ceremony. Later in the spring, the
choir hosts a Spring Sing concert at Greenbrook featuring a
variety of music and treats.

Who can join 5th grade choir?

Any 5th grade student who is interested in making music with
their friends. However, homework and classwork are the first
priority. Students are required to keep up with all homework and
grades in their normal classes. If his/her teacher feels that
the student must stay in for extra help, then that student will
be excused from choir until the work is made up.
