Announcements small medium large Our reading themes this quarter are Off to Adventure! and Unusual Stories. We are practicing the use of good reading strategies : predicting, decoding, monitoring, questioning, summarizing, and evaluating. In social studies, we are studying communities. We are learning about a different types of communities and their characteristics. In science, students are studying the world of sound. In writing, students are learning to write expository pieces.
