I live in West Chicago with my husband and little dog, Muffin. We had a
tragic accident this winter and lost our other dog,little Fergie. She was hit
by a car. Unfortunately, the doctors could not save her and she left us. We
miss her, especially little Muffin, but we know life happens and we have to
go on without little Fergie. So we are adjusting to life with one dog.
I like to read, and I take piano lessons. My motto is, "There is no
music like SLOW music!" I also like to sing and can make up a song about
pretty much anything. Just ask the kids in my class! I enjoy teaching and
everybody claims they know me by the sound of my laugh! I have 2 sisters and
3 brothers. I grew up on a farm complete with chickens and cows. Believe me,
I love living in the "BIG CITY".
My mission for my students is to help them be all they can be and have fun
getting there.
