English 4-H

Welcome to World Literature, the senior honors literature course at Marian. The course objectives are to consider the structure, meaning, and value of literature in relation to the time in which it was written as well as in relation to contemporary times and culture, to improve reading comprehension, going beyond the surface of the text, and to develop the ability to interpret a literary work.

Bring Hamlet text everyday. We will be working on analysis and critical thinking. Hamlet is a complex character and will need a bit of unraveling.
