I am originally from Dallas, Texas. I attended Texas A&M University where
I earned my undegraduate degree in Geology and Geosciences. I then went on
to get my master's degree in Theology from Franciscan University in
Steubenville, OH. This will be my fifth year teaching at Marian. Prior to
this, I have worked at the parish and diocesan level in the areas of youth
and Hispanic ministry in McHenry, Seattle, and Canada. I teach Freshmen and
Sophomore theology classes, and I am the coordinator for the Freshmen,
Sophomore, and Junior retreats. I also serve as the Freshmen Class Advisor.
My husband John, works as the Director of Youth Ministry and Confirmation at
The Church of Holy Apostles in McHenry. We have three children: Joseph,
Maria, and (soon to be named :).
My favorite Bible verse: 2 Tim 4:7-8 "I have fought the good fight, I have
finished the race, I have kept the faith..."
