6th Grade Lady Panthers play Veterans today at Veterans Memorial School.
On Wednesday, the 8th Grade Lady Panthers Basketball team improved their
record to 3 - 0 with wins over both Veterans and Kerr. In the first game the
team was led by DaeJae Williams, Trish Belgrave and Colleen McInerney. In
the second game, DaeJae Williams led all scorers with 16 points. Stephanie
Brand, Kortnie Hannold, Brianna Tenuta and Zipporah Allbritton also
contributed points in both games. The 8th graders play their next game on
Monday at 3:30 at Kerr.
The 7th Grade Lady Panthers defeated Kerr 30 -15 behind a great defensive
effort by Raven Calhoun and a strong offensive effort by Myrissha Mitchell.
Both teams played hard and should be congratulated.
If you are in Mr. Bednarz' mentor group, please be sure to see him sometime
today.
There is TRIO today after school.
Picture Retake day is Friday. If you ordered a package and didn't like the
pictures and want them retaken, you must bring your package in with you in
order to have your picture retaken. If you didn't have your picture taken on
picture day, or didn't order a package, you must bring in an order form and a
check payable to Lifetouch on Friday. If you need an order form, please pick
one up from the office.
8th graders, cap and gown measurements are being done on Friday. Please
bring in your completed form and a check made payable to Nathan Hale Middle
School. If you lost your form, please pick one up from the office.
Please check the lost and found in the Media Center. There are two large
boxes full of clothing and shoes. There is also a purse and two sets of keys
in the office.
