I am a graduate of Illinois State University with a bachelor's degree in
education and University of Illinois with a master's degree in
teaching and leadership.
I live in Petersburg with my husband, Joe.
My twin daughters both got married in 2010! Heidi married Russell Moore and
they moved to Dallas. She teaches 4th grade and we will be pen pals with her
class!
Maggie married Kris Cunningham and they live in St. Louis. She is a dental
hygienist. They have a son born on January 1, 2012! His name is Liam David
Cunningham and he is my first grandchild!He may be the cutest baby on this
planet! Liam has a new baby brother, Andrew, born April 24, 2013! The
Cunninghams are moving to Springfield in June! Kris is joining a group of
anesthesiologists and Maggie will work at Heartland Dental.
My son, Patrick, is a PE and drivers ed teacher at Astoria. He is the boys'
varsity basketball
coach and the JV baseball coach for the South Fulton Rebels!
My mission is to motivate my students to enjoy learning and become life long
learners.
