New and Returning P.L.A.I.D. student registration starts March 1, 2011. Fees and Tuition are as follows:

NON-REFUNDABLE Registration Fee: (per student)

• $500.00

NEW & RETURNING family tuition:

• One child $6,975.00
• Two $11,402.00
• Three $15,945.00

This amount includes: Tuition, Fundraising, activity fee and patronage to the Beverly Arts Center. The Beverly Arts Center will send you membership cards.

Important Dates & Information:

• Failure to pay first installment by June 15^th FORFEITS ENROLLMENT
• Tuition is due by the 15th of each month. Late charges will be added after the 25th.
• Full tuition applies to all students enrolled by October 31st.
• As of November 1st tuition is prorated plus 15%. UNLESS A 5 WEEK NOTICE IS GIVEN, early withdrawal follows this same policy = time spent at PLAID + 15% of year.
• Separate Fee for Essential Learning Systems (ELS)
• Separate Fee for PLAID PAD
• Additional fee for payments made in school $200.00.

Tuition is evaluated and established yearly. Tuition is subject to change annually. Tuition payments are made to "Smart Tuition" and may be made in full before the beginning of the school year or in payment plans provided. A financial contract must be signed annually by parent or guardian for the student admission.
