About The Teacher

I have a BA in English and an MA in Gifted Education, and since 1991 I've 
taught first through twelfth grades in Champaign, Park Ridge, Kenya, and 
Morton Grove. This year I'm working part time; you can find me here from 
8:45 AM to about 12:30 PM.  After school every day I go back home to Mr. 
Irvin and two kids.

Park View is a great place, and I thoroughly enjoy teaching my students!

Mission For The Class

My aim is to encourage each student to become an active participant in his 
or her own education and in the world.  I want my students to be 
intelligent, compassionate people.
