Mrs. Lithgow was graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University with a
Bachelor's Degree in Music Education. A Master's Degree in Teacher
Leadership from the University of Illinois at Springfield was added in 2004.
Mrs. Lithgow began her teaching career in 1975 and is now in her 20th year
as a part-time teacher at PBL District #10. She currently teaches 3rd, 4th
and 5th grade general music at Eastlawn Elementary School. She also teaches
music at another area school district.
Mrs. Lithgow lives in Rantoul with her husband, Craig. The Lithgows have
three children. Daughter, Jana, is a graduate of the University of Missouri-
Columbia and Loyola University-Chicago. She is a resident director at
Loyola. Carrie holds a Master's Degree in physical therapy from Carroll
University in Waukesha, Wisconsin. She works at several area healthcare
facilities. She has a son, Owen Michael. Scott is a graduate of Millikin
University. He hosts a morning radio show at WZUS 100.9 FM in Decatur where he
also broadcasts Eisenhower and MacArthur High School football and basketball
games. He and his wife, Bethany, live in Urbana. They have a son, Connor Anthony.
Mrs. Lithgow is a devoted fan of the St. Louis Cardinals.
