Below is a list of supplies to "scavenge" for around your house. Please
keep these items at home until requestsed by the teacher during the year.
Perhaps you could keep a "Science Junk Box" somewhere to store them. These
supplies will be used at various times throughout the school year. Please
don't go out and spend money on them. All of these are not necessary. This
is just a suggested list to be on the look out for. I will let students know
when these supplies will be needed.

3X5 cards/card stock scrap wood (dowel rods, small pieces)
string/fishing line pipe cleaners
paper/foam cups ziplock bags
rubber bands empty thread spools
straws
plastic grocery bags masking tape
tissue paper
empty rinsed out milk jugs empty paper towel rolls
craft sticks/ popsicle sticks toothpicks
glue cardboard/posterboard
