fever rare present, usually 100 degrees or higher
coughing a hacking, productive cough a non-productive cough
aches slight body aches and pains severe aches and pains

tiredness fairly mild moderate to severe
sneezing common not common
sudden symptoms cold symptoms tend to develop rapid onset within 3-6 hours
over a few days
headache fairly uncommon common
