I earned my bachelor's and master's degrees from Northern Illinois
University. I enjoy attending conferences to learn new ideas and strategies
to help students become better readers.
I have lived in this area my entire life. I am married and have two grown
sons. In my free time I enjoy rubber stamping with friends, curling up with
a great book, and hiking the woods of Door County.
