How will I know about my child's IEP meeting?

Your child's IEP meeting will be approximately 1 year after last year's 
meeting.  You will receive a notification letter in the mail from the 
special education office.

How can I contact my child's teacher?

You can always email the teacher or contact them by phone.  The teachers' 
email addresses are their first initial of their first name and last name 
attached to esd20.org. For example my email is thaught@esd20.org.You may also
contact them by calling their classroom phone. My phone number is 894-4097.

Can I meet with my child's teachers?

Yes, we are more than willing to meet with parents any day during 5th period 
as long you set up the meeting ahead of time.  Fifth period begins at 
approximately 10:30 P.M. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. On 
Wednesdays 5th period begins at 10:03. Feel free to give us a call and set 
up a time.

When is after school homework help?

After school homework help is on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00-4:15pm. 
There is a late bus available for all students.

What is lunch bunch?

Lunch bunch is held during your child's lunch time for the full 40 minute 
period.  If your child is missing 4 or more homework assignments in any one 
class they will be expected to attend lunch bunch.  During this time the 
student will work on those late assignments and eat their lunch.  The 
student will be excused from lunch bunch once all late assignments are 
completed and turned in.
