Homework: Review notes from every section presented as a way to prepare for
Tuesday's test.  Focus on: 
      WHAT were some of the issues Lincoln faced in trying to decide how to
handle the war
      HOW each side thought they could win, 
      WHICH battles were turning points, 
      WHO were the important military and governmental leaders, 
      WHY the North eventually won.
