Bonjour!

My name is Helene Peteau and I am really excited to be teaching French at St.
Josaphat School this year!

I am a French native and have been living in this beautiful country since I
moved to Chicago three years ago with my family.

In France, I was an occupational therapist and worked in hospitals in
pediatric departments. I also mentored students during their internship at the
hospital.

Even if I love spending my summer in France to see my family, I like to be
home in Chicago.

Since I am in Chicago, I have been teaching French in different places, and it
is a real pleasure to share my passion for the French language and culture.

I am looking forward to sharing my enthusiasm for French with all of my
students (PreK3, Prek4, Kindergarten, second and fourth grades).

Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns. I am always
delighted to hear from parents and students!

À très bientôt!

MISSION:
My goal is to instill an early love for learning foreign languages.
