The second graders will be completing Unit 10 in Math. we will be using the remaining time to review
addition and subtraction with regrouping. Be sure to practice these concepts over the summer.
The students have been working hard throughout the year in their writing activities. We've had some
wonderful stories and they really have grown and expanded their writing since the beginning of the
year.We will be going through the portfolios and evaluating our writing. The students will see how they
need to improve their writing.
On Monday we will be walking to the park at 10:30 for the picnic. The PtO will provide pizza and
water. Please pick up your child at the park but you must sign them out before leaving the park.
On Tuesday, June 5 dismissal will be at 10:20am. We will have Mass and end of the year awards in
church. We will come back to school for dismissal.
