There is very little paper and pencil homework, but I ask that the parents take the time to read every
night to their child and reinforce the skills from school.
Every Tuesday the children will bring home a WordBook. They are to write in words that begin with the
letter of the week and include illustrations to go with the words they have written. The children are to
return their WordBooks on Wednesday.
Please take some time everyday to go through your child's folder. Occasionally the children will bring
home small projects or papers to complete. Please help your child complete the work and return it the
next day (or by the stated due date).
