Grades 5-8 are enjoying various basketball activities. The activities vary
with grade level, but most involve ball handling skills, and shooting. I
have found that many kids get their greatest enjoyment from basketball by
just shooting. This is why we play so many different shooting games. The 7th
and 8th graders will play full court basketball. The boys play the boys, the
girls play the girls.
Grade 4 has enjoyed learning Ultimate Beanbag. They love it and can't get
enough of it. Next week we will begin Basketball skills.
Grades 1-3 will be enjoying various tag games and learning about bowling.
